Locally owned and operated since 1996, APEX services the Greater Portland metropolitan area.  Between 1996 and 2003 APEX performed only full home inspections.  In 2004 APEX added a radon testing division.  In 2010 APEX added a sewer scope division, and then expanded further in 2016, adding an underground tank scan division.

We consider our company to be a one-stop headquarters for inspections.  With just a single call to our office we can schedule all of our client's inspection needs to take place at the same time.  This time-saving capability makes it easy and convenient for our clients, and also helps them in meeting their inspection deadlines.  In addition, with numerous inspectors available, a quick turn-around time can usually occur in scheduling appointments.
