DRONES and THERMAL IMAGING: To assist our inspectors in performing thorough inspections, thermal imaging is conducted during the home inspection, and drones are used to inspect roofs (when a roof cannot be walked).

In addition to performing home inspections for prospective home buyers, APEX also does PRE-LISTING INSPECTIONS for home sellers, NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS and ONE-YEAR HOME WARRANTY INSPECTIONS for home buyers before the builder's one-year home warranty expires.
Full home inspections include a Pest & Dry Rot inspection.
